Note: This article provides details for the IP addresses and user-agent strings used by Siteimprove on your website. You should verify that your IT network administration team allows the IPs and user-agent strings for the services you use. This will ensure the services are not blocked. You can download a text file containing all the IP addresses for use when configuring your allow list at the bottom of the article.

Siteimprove Sign-In: Updated Static IPs (Effective July 8, 2026) 

Siteimprove uses FusionAuth to handle user sign-in and single sign-on (SSO). FusionAuth is upgrading its global infrastructure on July 8, 2026, which includes a new set of static IP addresses. Your sign-in experience will not change, but organizations that restrict outbound traffic by IP address may need to update their network or firewall settings. This change does not impact IP addresses used by the Siteimprove crawler, analytics, or other services.

Are you affected? 

This change may affect your organization if your network or firewall restricts outbound (egress) traffic to Siteimprove by specific destination IP addresses. We recommend checking with your IT or network team if you’re unsure. This is a common configuration in enterprise environments and may not be immediately visible to Siteimprove administrators. If your organization does not filter outbound traffic by IP, no action is required. 

What to do: 

If your network or firewall supports domain-based allowlisting, we recommend allowlisting https://identity.siteimprove.com/ instead of individual IP addresses. This approach is more resilient to future infrastructure changes and means you won’t need to update your rules each time IPs change. If your setup only supports IP-based rules, follow the steps below. 

If using IP-based allowlisting: 

• Download the new FusionAuth static IP list: https://fusionauth.io/cdn/iplist.pdf 
• Forward the list to your IT or network infrastructure team. 
• Ask them to add (not replace) these IPs to your network or firewall allow-list before July 8, 2026. 
• Important: Do not remove the existing IPs until after July 8 to avoid disruption during the transition. 

What happens if I don’t update? 

If your network or firewall filters outbound traffic and you do not update your allow-list before July 8, users at your organization may experience sign-in disruptions when accessing Siteimprove.
