Response: How to deactivate a Checkpoint

Instead of deleting a Response Checkpoint, you have the option to deactivate Checkpoints. This article is intended to show you step-by-step instructions on how to deactivate a Checkpoint in the Response module. Please note that only Account Owner and Administrators can deactivate a Checkpoint.

1. Select Settings from the main menu
   
   
   


2. Select Response from the side-bar menu
   
   
   
   
   


3. Click on the Checkpoint that you want to deactivate
   
   
   
   
   
   


4. Un-check the box marked Active
   
   
   


5. To finish the set-up, click Update
