If you are using Incapsula/Imperva CDN to provide content for your website, you will need to allow the Siteimprove IP addresses within Incapsula/Impervato to give Siteimprove access to check your website content.

We recommend that you reach out to Incapsula/Imperva for specific details on allowing IP on your version of the Incapsula/Imperva CDN. You can also refer to this information on the Incapsula/Imperva Security Settings.

The process will be similar to the steps outlined below:

  1. Log in to your Incapsula/Imperva control panel.
  2. Select the “Settings” menu option.
  3. Click "Security".
  4. Go to the "Whitelist Specific Sources" section.
  5. Enter the "Content Suite and Crawler IP addresses" listed in the article Siteimprove IP Addresses.
  6. Select "Add IP Address".
