Feedback: How to delete a comment

If you for any reason want to delete a comment that your website visitor provided in the Feedback feature of Analytics, follow the below steps:

  1. Select Analytics from the main menu
  2. Select User Feedback from the side-bar menu
  3. Select Feedback from the drop-down menu
    Menu, Analytics, User Feedback, Feedback
  4. Select the Feedback survey in which the comment was made
  5. Locate the comment in the list
  6. Click Delete comment next to the comment. The comment is now deleted.

Note: Deleting a comment will not affect the overall feedback score.

When creating a new Feedback survey, you can customize the survey to auto-delete old user comments after a certain time period.
