Why can another user not see the report templates I have created and shared?

Note: This article referrers to our earlier Reports module which some customers do not have access to. We recommend that you use the latest Dashboard reports feature instead. Information on Dashboard reports can be found in the article Configuring Siteimprove Dashboards and Dashboard reports.

If another user or administrator is not able to view a shared report you've created, follow these steps to make sure the report is visible to all users:

  1. Make sure that the template you made as an administrator or account owner are shared and not set to private.

  2. Every user has their own preferred language setting in their own user account. If an administrator has an interface in English (UK), then he can only share the template with other users with the interface in English (UK). If a user creates templates with his English (UK) interface, then a user with a German interface will not be able to see these report templates, even if they are an administrator or account owner. It is important to coordinate language preferences to ensure consistency and visibility of reports on all user accounts.
