What does "Last Time Modified" mean in Quality Assurance?

Modified on: Tue, 10 Aug, 2021 at 7:34 AM

The "Last Time Modified" date refers to the last time a document or media file was modified. This information is gathered from metadata within the document or from the website’s servers. Last Time Modified date can be viewed under Documents in the Inventory module of Quality Assurance. The Last Time Modified date helps content managers stay informed and decide if documents or media files need to be updated or deleted.

Note: Last modified date is not available for external or excluded documents.
