Note: You need to be an Account Owner or Account Administrator to enable the Adobe Analytics integration. If you do not see the 'Priority Data Providers' option at Settings > Content > Priority data provider, then please make a request with our technical support team. Once integrated it can take up to 24 hours before you can see page views data from Adobe Analytics within the Siteimprove platform.
The Siteimprove integration to Adobe Analytics (AA) allows AA users to have Priority data on page views within the Siteimprove Platform.
If you currently have Siteimprove Analytics (SA) running on your websites then you can already take advantage of Priority data without this integration. This integration mostly benefits customers who do not have the SA script running on their website. Learn more in the Siteimprove Priority FAQ including information features and filtering crawler bot traffic.
This will supplement the data gathered by Siteimprove and give insights into how issues across your website can be prioritized and addressed.
Priority provider integration
The Priority provider setup page is found under Settings > Content > Priority data providers.
(You can also reach this area via Integrations > Integrations Overview > Priority data providers section > Manage Priority data providers).
Here you see two tabs:
- Integrations - you can connect and view the analytics services.
- Mappings - you can see and edit the Priority data provider for each site.
Follow the Siteimprove Adobe Analytics integration guide to connect your analytics provider under the Integrations tab. Then follow the steps below to map your sites to your data provider.
Mapping a site to your data provider
Once you have connected to your analytics account as outlined above, you can map your sites to your analytics provider.

- Select the provider (e.g. Adobe Analytics) from the drop-down in the modal presented.

You can now take advantage of this Priority data which is presented throughout the platform to help you prioritize which issues to address first. For more information on Priority see - "Siteimprove Priority FAQ"
