Login issue: unexpected error found

We have recently seen customers encounter an "unexpected error found" error when accessing Siteimprove, specifically through some email report links and bookmarked URLs. Here is what the error looks like:

If you experience this error, you can log in by either going to the Siteimprove website (https://siteimprove.com/en-us/) and using the avatar in the upper right-hand corner to log in, or going directly to "https://my2.siteimprove.com/", which would take you to the login page. Creating a bookmark of the latter URL is recommended so that you can access it more conveniently. 

The issue was also fixed when users cleared their browser's cache and cookies, and make sure you select (for all time).
