Answer

The updated subscription experience provides a redesigned overview that separates subscription information into clear sections, making it easier to understand what you have access to, compare available plans, and monitor usage against subscription limits. It includes package information, plan comparison tools, usage metrics, and access controls for subscription management.

Understanding the Updated Subscription Experience

The updated subscription experience introduces a redesigned overview that separates your subscription details into two clear sections. This makes it easier to understand both what you have access to and how you’re using it.

The overview now includes:

  • Package information – what solutions and tiers you currently subscribe to and which other packages are available.
  • Plan comparison – how plans differ across key features.
  • Usage and limits – how your usage compares to your subscribed limits.

Feature details

The following sections explain each part of the subscription overview in more detail, including how to review your plan, compare options, and monitor usage.

Subscription overview

The Subscription overview section displays:

  • The packages you currently subscribe to.
  • Additional packages available for purchase.

Each package includes a “Compare plans” option, allowing you to review tiers, features, and differences before making a decision.

Plan comparison

Selecting Compare plans opens a detailed feature comparison for each package (such as Accessibility, Search, or Analytics).

Each comparison page includes:

  • A side-by-side table of available plans.
  • Highlighting of the plan you currently have (except legacy packages).

For add-ons:

  • If an add-on is not included, it will appear as available for purchase.

Usage and limits

The Usage and Limits page shows how your current usage compares to your subscription limits.

The interface is designed to make subscription information easier to review by grouping related metrics together and clearly displaying current usage and limits.

Who can access

Access to the subscription overview is limited to users with the Account Owner or Administrator role.
