What does "Pending site approval" mean?

You will sometimes see the message “Pending site approval” for a newly added site when looking at the Manage Sites table under Settings > Sites.

"Pending site approval" means that the scan is still being processed or Siteimprove customer support is reviewing the site scan results before they are released. Approval normally takes 2 to 6 days.

A site will not be approved until after the crawl and processing are complete. However, even after scan completion, it still needs to be approved. You can find out more about the scan process in the article - The Siteimprove scan process 

Feel free to contact customer support if the “Pending site approval” message shows for a longer time period.
