What is the Adobe integration update about?

In May 2023, Adobe announced the deprecation and end-of-life of Service Account (JWT) credentials. This means that any of Adobe's integrations or custom applications using a Service Account (JWT) credential will need to migrate to the new OAuth Server-to-Server credential before January 27, 2025.

December 3rd, 2024 we updated our Adobe Analytics integration to use OAuth 2.0 Server-to-Server credentials to future-proof the integration in alignment with Adobe's update.

What does it mean to you?

We have sent an in-platform message to the account owners and administrators who need to take action based on this update.

The inflicted accounts must update the authentication before January 27, 2025, to avoid losing the Siteimprove-Adobe connection.
