General FAQs
What is Learning Hub?
Siteimprove Learning Hub is your solution for online training on topics covering Accessibility & Digital Governance, Marketing Performance, Content Experience, and more! Based on the Siteimprove team’s expert knowledge and experience in the field, Learning Hub courses are your greatest ally for creating an inclusive and optimized experience for every site visitor.
All Learning Hub course offerings are self-paced, interactive presentations that include quizzes and videos to provide an engaging learning experience. You can start and stop your progress at any time and pick up right where you left off.
How do I log in to the Learning Hub?
All users with Siteimprove Platform access can log in to the Learning Hub. For details, please see our How to log in to your Learning Hub account article.
How can I enroll in a course in Learning Hub?
Once you’ve successfully logged in to your Learning Hub account, you’ll be able to view and enroll in any of our available courses. For more information, please view this How to Start a Course in Siteimprove Learning Hub article.
Can I skip modules in a course?
Yes, users can skip modules to view specific information at any time. However, they will not receive a certification of completion for that course. Some courses have optional modules which do not need to be completed to receive certification, but all required modules must be completed to obtain a certification.
Please keep in mind that there are interactive elements in most of our courses that must be interacted with to achieve completion. If a learner is going through a course and does not get a completion mark, it is because an element was skipped.
Are users transferred to Learning Hub or do they need to be created?
Users are created in Learning Hub via Single Sign (SSO) authentication. They can log in to Learning Hub with their existing Siteimprove platform credentials. If you have users who need access to Learning Hub but should not be able to edit or change anything within the platform, you can create a Learning Hub Only Role for them.
Note: Users MUST have access to the platform in order for a record to exist for users in Learning Hub. If they do not have access to the Siteimprove platform, they will not be able to access the Learning Hub.
Was my course progress transferred to the new Learning Hub?
Completion data for users was migrated, however as with any migration there can be some things that may not have made the transfer. If a course was in progress at the time of migration but was not completed, users may see that the course shows as “in progress” but may not reflect any completed lessons.
Dashboard admins who had reports access in the old system will have reporting capabilities in the new system as well. If there is completion data that an admin may wish to have from before this transition, they can reach out to us any time until September 4th to request that information. After September 4th 2026, our team will no longer have access to the analytics in Skilljar.
Is Team Admin a Siteimprove role, or is it specifically for Learning Hub?
Team Admin is a specific Learning Hub role. Other terms you may hear for this role are “Analytics Dashboard Admin” “Power User” or “Learning Hub Analytics Admin” These users have the same access to courses as standard learners do, but they will also have access to “Insights” where they can review completion data and other progress reports for their group of users. For more information on this role, please see our How to View Your Organization’s Course Progress article.
What steps have you taken to ensure the learning management system (LMS) is accessible?
We have been working with Siteimprove’s digital accessibility specialists and other team members with disabilities to ensure optimal accessibility within the Learning Hub LMS. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding our accessibility please do not hesitate to reach out to us at learninghub@siteimprove.com.
Does Learning Hub have a keyword search feature to find courses?

Troubleshooting Technical Issues
What are the Browser recommendations for the Learning Hub?
Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari follow a continuous release policy that makes it difficult to fix a minimum version. For this reason, following the market recommendation, the last two major versions of each of these browsers are the suggested.
Note: Safari on Windows is NOT supported and may not function as expected.
I am getting an error that says “Something went wrong” when trying to log in
This error likely means your existing record is in an inactive status. This means that at the time of our data migration, your existing account had not been logged into at any point since 2023. Please email LearningHub@Siteimprove.com and we will have your record reactivated.
I am getting an error that my credentials do not exist
This error likely means that your information does not link to an existing user within the Siteimprove Platform. Please reach out to your account admin to have this rectified.
Why do I see a "Page Not Found" error when opening Learning Hub?
We recommend you clear your cache and cookies to insure our changes are reflecting within your browser.
My course is not marking as complete
The completion of a lesson is achieved when all interactive elements are interacted with. This includes, but is not limited to, knowledge check questions, timelines with clickable points, tabs and expandable content, playable videos and sound clips, and more. If an interactive element is skipped, the lesson will not be completed, which in turn will not complete the course.
If a user is unable to achieve the completion, please email LearningHub@Siteimprove.com and we will be able to review the status of the course.
